Our Planned Dachshund litters

I get many questions about planned Dachshund litters. While this information is available on Gooddog, I thought it would be nice to include it on my webpage as well. Please remember that these planned Dachshund litters are only PLANNED. Not that they will necessarily happen. Sometimes we decide to make a change for a myriad of reasons. I will update with expected once a dog has been bred and confirmed once we have confirmed pregnancy. Please remember that pregnancies are frequently unconfirmed until about day 40.

Wally & Nova

Wally had the opportunity to make his debut with Nova. Nova delivered 2 smooth coat pups – a girl and a boy on June 29. I do suspect that both will have the wire hair furnishing although I can’t confirm that until they are 3 weeks old. The boy is black and tan and the girl is chocolate and tan.

Sauer & Lady

This is the litter I am the most excited to announce! Sauer made his debut and we are hoping to confirm pregnancy mid July. Expected puppies will all be long haired with possible sable, homozygous sable, and black and cream. Sauer does not carry pie so there will be no full piebald.

Wally & Angel

Angel was hard to pair this time because I just couldn’t decide what I wanted to do. I don’t want a whole litter of red, so I’m hoping that by pairing her with Wally, I’ll get black and tan as well as red. Dapple are also possible. The expected litter date is mid to late September.

Sauer & Juliet

Juliet and Sauer will produce sable as well as shaded cream pups. This should be an amazing litter! The expected litter date is end of September.

Wulf & Kiki

This will be Kiki’s final litter. I am repeating the pairing to Green Dragon’s Wulf. Expected colors and patterns can include red, shaded cream, black and cream, and black and tan in brindle, dapple, and piebald. The expected litter date is early October.
